Please refer to below screenshot for the same:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/1_Setupscreen.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\nalign: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/1_Setupscreen.jpg\" alt=\"OPS Enquiry setup\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see in the screenshot above, on this setup screen under options tab we have an option i.e. \u201cUse Item Picture\u201d. Please note that, if this option is on then only we can make other settings and can maintain the images for inventory items and can view the same on IC Items Inquiry screen under Unit tab as discussed in our recant blog \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2020\/08\/31\/maintaining-images-for-ic-items-ops-inquiry-feature\/\">Maintaining Images for IC Items<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next to \u201cUse Item Picture\u201d option you will find Picture File settings here you can specify type of images you want to maintain for an item i.e. bitmap (.bmp) or JEPG (.jpg).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you can see that choice is given to opt for itemcode.bmp \/ itemcode.jpg this states that the picture file name must be item code (un-formatted item number as filename cannot contain special characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One more option is provided that is \u201cUse Field\u201d this must be a field name by which item image file will be searched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next to Picture File settings you can look at option to specify path for image fie that is \u201cStore pictures at\u201d you can specify location where these item image files will be stored and will be retrieved from the location to display on Item inquiry screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: Medium;\"><strong>About Us<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Greytrix<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; a globally recognized and one of the oldest Sage Development Partner is a one-stop solution provider for Sage ERP and Sage CRM organizational needs.
