We can fetch the data that is invoiced easily, but we do not get few details on Invoices such as payment code details and other related details from the Receipts or Orders. In order to make these details available, we came up with a report that displays detailed data from Invoices and related Receipts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff :-  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2020\/10\/30\/tds-audit-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TDS Audit Report<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we are going to discuss about the UI, filters and export data that we can fetch from Invoices and Receipts. The UI will have following below filters which can also be customized as per user requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>From and To Client Code<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>From and To Client Currency<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The report data will be produced as an MS-Excel exported file based on the user-specified Range of customer code and currency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer below screenshot of the user interfaces for the \u201c<strong>Sales Export Report Utility<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Sales-Export-Report-User-Interface.png\" alt=\"Output- Customer Master Export\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Sales-Export-Report-User-Interface.png\" alt=\"Sales Export Report - User Interface\" alt=\"Sales Export Report - User Interface\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center>Sales Export Report &#8211; User Interface  <\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see in the above screenshot user will be able to specify \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018To\u2019 Client Code and \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018To\u2019 Client Currency. Based on the this, the report will generate required data in Excel format at desired path.
