You can assign portions of each transaction to the salesperson or salespersons responsible for the customer account or sale. Sales commissions are calculated when you post Order Entry invoices. In Order Entry we do not have privilege to print detailed salesperson data for each invoice. So we came up with the report to display how much each salesperson contributes for an invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff :- <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2020\/10\/30\/sales-export-report-utility\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sales Export Report Utility<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we are going to discuss Sales statistics of salesperson where the user can use this utility to export the detail data of how much each salesperson contributes for an invoice by using the below Filter criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>From and To Posting Date<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>From and To Customer Number<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>From and To Salesperson(Employee) Code<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The report data will be exported as an MS-Excel exported file based on the user-specified Range of customer Numbers, Invoice Date and salesperson code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer below screenshot of the user interfaces for the \u201c<strong>Sales Extract Report<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Sales-Extract-Report-User-Interface.png\" alt=\"Output- Customer Master Export\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Sales-Extract-Report-User-Interface.png\" alt=\"Sales Extract Report - User Interface\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center>Sales Extract Report &#8211; User Interface<\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see in the above screenshot user will be able to specify \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018To\u2019 Invoice Date, Customer Number and salesperson code. Based on the same, the report will generate required data in Excel format at desired path which user will enter in the \u2018File Path\u2019 field (as can be seen in above screenshot). User will be able to select desired path by clicking on the Browse button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After entering the excel file path as well as range of parameters, user will be able to export the data. Once the data is exported successfully user can access that excel file directly.
