But standard OE Credit\/Debit Notes form in Sage 300 ERP has provision to filter credit\/debit notes only on document number, so sometimes it becomes difficult to find those credit\/debit notes when user does not have the idea of exact credit note or debit note number. So based on the requirement of one of our client we have customized the OE Credit\/Debit Notes form screen to sort the report data based on the Customer and Transaction Date. This makes convenient for the users to find the required credit\/debit notes by filtering using Customer and Transaction date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have customized the OE Credit\/Debit Notes Form screen by including additional controls of the Customer finder and Transaction Date. By selecting the customer and Transaction Date range user can further filter the OE credit\/debit transactions posted for particular Customers and Date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff:&nbsp;\u2013<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2020\/10\/30\/sales-statistics-of-salesperson-per-invoice\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sales Statistics of Salesperson per Invoice<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/OE-Credit-Debit-Notes-Customer-and-date-filter-in-OE-Forms.png\" alt=\"Output- Customer Master Export\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/OE-Credit-Debit-Notes-Customer-and-date-filter-in-OE-Forms.png\" alt=\"OE Credit-Debit Notes - Customer and date filter in OE Forms\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center>OE Credit-Debit Notes &#8211; Customer and date filter in OE Forms<\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting the From Date, To Date, From Customer and To customer as in the above screenshot and then click on the print button, credit\/debit notes will be printed only of the selected customers and within the range of transaction date selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If user wants to print all the credit\/debit notes of the particular single customer then this customization will be more helpful since user just need to select the same customer number in from customer and to customer and select the transaction date within which user wants to print credit\/debit notes of that customer. And same goes with the Transaction Date filter, if user wants to print all the credit\/debit notes posted with in particular date range then user just needs to select from date and to date and print the report.
