In Sage 300 web screen, if you have logged in and you have opened more than 10 pages, you will see a dialog message indicating that your session period is expire and you need to sign in again in Sage 300 web screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the details about number of active windows, user can see in configuration file \u201cWEB.config\u201d under key name \u201cNumberOfActiveWindows\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s below step using which user can change the setting for number of active windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goto Start >> Run window and type \u201cinetmgr\u201d command to open Internet information service manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goto Sage 300WEBAPI Active Directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right click on Sage 300 active directory and click to explore properties<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goto the folder where all the Sage 300 files are exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select Web.config in the folder and open this file in Notepad.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

User can change the setting  by increasing or decreasing  number of active windows for Sage 300 web page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On changing the setting user needs to restart the IIS for Sage 300 to take the effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
