Sage 300 Web Screens have amazing features which makes your work super easy, web screen has many inbuilt widgets which users can use to make their work easy and everything on fingertip. There are several widgets in sage 300 web screen, we are going to talk about a widget called \u2018Account Balances\u2019 which is used to check balances of accounts in sage 300.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this blog we will show how to configure \u2018Account Balances\u2019 widget in sage 300 web screen and how to use it to check the balance of the accounts in sage 300.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add \u2018Account balances\u2019 widget in sage 300 web screen, go to home page of web screen and click on \u2018add widgets\u2019 option as shown in below screen shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you click on \u2018add widgets\u2019 option it will open a list of all the available widgets from which you need to choose \u2018Account Balances\u2019 widget as shown in below screen shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the list of all the widgets check \u2018Account Balances\u2019 check box and it will immediately get added on the home page of sage 300 web screen as shown in below screen shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the widget is added on the home screen now you can start using it, if you need to check balance of any account which is added in sage 300 you can directly find it on home screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way a user can add \u2018Account balances\u2019 widget in sage 300 web screen home and start using it to view the balance of any account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
