Press Win+R and type \u201c<strong>services.msc<\/strong>\u201d and press Enter. Step 2. Click and Configure \u2018Portal\u2019 in Database Setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2. Restart IIS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3. Login in Sage 300 Web Screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Desktop modules activated with incorrect versions<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1. Log in to desktop version and make sure your modules are Activated or Upgrade with correct version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2. If found any version difference, please make it correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3. Restart IIS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4. Login in Sage 300 Web Screen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>NO Read &amp; Write permission for user IUSR &amp; IIS_IUSRS in folder \u2018Online\u2019 of Sage Application program folder.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1. Add Read &amp; Write permission for user IUSR &amp; IIS_IUSRS in folder \u2018Online\u2019 of Sage Application program folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2. Restart IIS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3.
