Controlling Inventory means maintaining the right level of material or supply to help reduce the loss of goods or materials. Such maintained goods\/material then become a finished product or are directly sold to the consumers as required inventory. It helps a lot in minimizing the unnecessary cost of inventory. Inventory is one of the major factors in an organizations or business\u2019s success and failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>New Stuff: &#8211;<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2021\/03\/30\/printing-labels-with-barcode-scanner-in-sage-300-erp\/\">Printing Labels with Barcode Scanner in Sage 300 ERP<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will introduce the Inventory format report where the user can use this utility to export the data from Sage 300 ERP systems. This format will consist of Purchased\/Stocked Material master data, Supplier master data, Purchases and Receipts detail, Inventory\/Stock detail, Supplier Payments detail, etc. Below Filter criteria will be used by the end user to generate the Inventory report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>From and To Receipt Date<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The report data will be produced as Text and CSV (comma-separated values)&nbsp;exported file based on the user-specified Range of Receipt Date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer below screenshot of the user interfaces for the \u201c<strong>Inventory Format<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Inventory-Format.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"519\" height=\"163\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Inventory-Format.jpg\" alt=\"Inventory Format user interface\n\" class=\"wp-image-29579\" title=\"Inventory Format user interface\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Inventory-Format.jpg 519w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Inventory-Format-300x94.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 519px) 100vw, 519px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see in the above screenshot user will be able to specify \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018To\u2019 Receipt Date. Based on the same, the report will generate required data in Text and CSV (comma-separated values)&nbsp; format at desired path which user will enter in the \u2018File Path\u2019 field (as can be seen in above screenshot).
