Data can be dented because of various\u00a0customization system or Sage 300 ERP settings, system technical problems, etc.<br \/>\n<strong>To run data integrity follow below steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0Navigate to Administrative Services &gt;&gt; Data Integrity<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0Select modules from Available Applications to Check Applications pane.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0Click on Application Options button to open the Integrity Checker for the selected application. It will scan all the tables for Account Payable module and once scanned, a report is printed listing errors and other information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p>Once checking is done for various modules, correct errors that were not corrected before.<br \/>\nIt is recommended to run Data Integrity on daily basis.
