So, we came up with the report utility to display the summarized report for AP-GL moduleand to identify the Indirect Expenses\/Costs done in the organizations.<br><br>New Stuff: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2021\/11\/24\/damaged-data-error-in-sage-300\/\">Damaged Data Error in Sage 300<\/a><br><br>With this Indirect Expense Report Utility the user can export the header and detail data of AP Invoice, AP Payment and GL batch by using the below Filter criterias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>From and to Posting Date<\/li><li>From and to Project<\/li><li>From and to Vertical<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The report data will be an MS-Excel exported file which will be based on the user-specified Range of Project, Posting date and Vertical. These filters are nothing but some fields\/optional fields related to the transactions. The filters can also be modified as per user requirements.<br><br>Please refer below screenshot of the user interfaces for the \u201cIndirect Expense Report Utility\u201d.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Indirect-Expense-Report-UI.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"556\" height=\"309\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Indirect-Expense-Report-UI.jpg\" alt=\"Indirect Expense Report\" class=\"wp-image-30518\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Indirect-Expense-Report-UI.jpg 556w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Indirect-Expense-Report-UI-300x167.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>As you can see in the above screenshot user will be able to specify \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018to\u2019 Posting Date, \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018 to\u2019 Project and \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018to\u2019 Vertical, based on the same, the report will be generated with required data in Excel format at desired path which user will enter in the \u2018File Path\u2019 field (as can be seen in above screenshot).
