In previous versions of Sage 300 we had to manually enter serial number and activation key for each module to activate them, but in the new release of Sage 300 i.e., 2021 and 2022 we don\u2019t need to enter license manually instead we need to just provide System manager serial number in license information tab and hit refresh, this will activate licenses for all the modules which are opted by the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To activate license in with serial number, go to Sage>>About >>Licenses >>License Manager >> License Information. One need to enter correct Client ID, Company name and Serial number as per Sage records, note if any detail is missing or not matching with Sage record then the licenses wont update, please refer below screen shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After providing correct details for required fields user need to click on Refresh button, and once you click on Refresh button the licenses for all the modules will get updated, refer below screen shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
