This customize screen needs to be upgraded with a higher version of sage 300 when you upgrade your Sage 300 to higher version. While upgrading this customized source code with a higher version and making the OCX, sometimes we face an Error like \u201cUnable to set the version compatible component.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below is the screenshot of the error that may occur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/img-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\nalign: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/img-1.png\" alt=\"Error\"><\/a><\/center>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the steps to resolve Customized box error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on Project Menu and then click Properties of OCX. E.g.
