An inventory report is a summary of stock. It provides information of stock available, storage and other information about the status and performance of inventory.

The stock transaction report in Sage 300c<\/strong> lists inventory on basis of various parameters like Account Set, Fiscal Period and Location. Depending upon the selected parameters, the report is printed for selected items.

 In this blog, we will discuss about IC Stock Statement Report. The purpose of this report is to list the quantities of items at a location for specified dates.

User can also filter the report based on parameters like Item Number, Location, Account set, Category, and can be printed for stock or non-stock item.

The report is downloaded in a PDF format that allows users to easily access the report for keeping a track of the item quantities.

The standard Stock Status report allows Users to view the total change in Item quantity or cost over a period of time. Whereas our custom report allows Users to check quantity for each location for specified date.

The report displays the stock activity showing summary of in and out of stock for the selected dates. The Stock Statement displays the flow of stock, i.e. Opening Qty, Receipt Qty, Issue Qty, Closing Qty, Rate, Value, Bin Location and Reserved Qty.
