The user of that report can obtain all transactional information based on the Date, Item Number, and Location in that report.&nbsp;However, we are unable to access information regarding pending shipments for which an invoice has not yet been paid, data related to Sales, etc and inventory movement reports, which are detailed reports as opposed to this summary report which do not give such information. To get around that, we have developed a report which will provide all data related to Sales as well as Stock in detail. The user will be able to access to all the data in a single report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2023\/07\/28\/customized-report-for-pending-sales-quantity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Customized report for Pending Sales Quantity<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we&#8217;ll talk about the Stock and Sales report utility, which a user can use to export all of the transaction&#8217;s detailed data using the filter criteria listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>From and To Item Number<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>From and To Location<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The report data will be produced as an MS-Excel exported file based on the user-specified Range of Item Number and Location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer below screenshot of the user interface for the \u201c<strong>Stock and Sales Report Utility<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-8.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-8.png\" alt=\"UI to Export Stock and Sales Report\" ><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center>Fig 1: UI to Export Stock and Sales Report<\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see in the above screenshot user will be able to specify \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018To\u2019 Item Number and \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018To\u2019 Location, based on the same, the report will generate required data in Excel format.
