Consequently, we have created this report to offer comprehensive information on both order entry and AR transactions, encompassing the item description and comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff: &#8211; <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2023\/10\/30\/restricting-order-posting-for-zero-unit-price-or-order-subtotal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2023\/10\/30\/restricting-order-posting-for-zero-unit-price-or-order-subtotal\/\">Restricting Order Posting for Zero Unit price or Order Subtotal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog post, we will discuss the AR Ledger Report Utility, which allows users to export detailed data of both order and account receiver transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>From and To Document Date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>From and To Customer Code<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Functional or Customer Currency.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The report data will be generated as an MS-Excel file that is exported, using the user&#8217;s specified range of document date, customer code, and currency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer below screenshot of the user interfaces for the \u201c<strong>AR Leger Report Utility<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-3.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/image-3.png\"alt=\"AR Ledger Report\" \/><\/a><\/center><center>Fig1: Utility to export the report<\/center>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the screenshot provided above, the user can specify the &#8216;From&#8217; and &#8216;To&#8217; Document date, Customer code, and currency. Based on this information, the report will generate the necessary data in Excel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>format. The user will enter the desired path for the report in the &#8216;Select File&#8217; field, which is shown in the screenshot.
