As its name implies, the Purchase Register Report aids in monitoring all purchase transactions. This report enables sorting by item, location, vendor, and more, providing insights into purchases made within a specified timeframe. We’ve tailored this report for one of our clients by incorporating several new fields. In this blog, we’ll explore these new features in detail:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below are the Additional columns that are included in this Customized report. It gives wide information on the GST as well as TDS details of the Purchases done. Below are few details of the columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AP TYPE \u2013 <\/strong>This column displays Document type of the AP Invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BATCH –<\/strong> Displays AP Batch number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ENTRY<\/strong> – Displays AP Entry number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GLAC –<\/strong> Displays the Debit account in the GL batch list after creating the PO receipt entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GLDESC –<\/strong> Displays the account description for the debit account from the GL batch list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PO_NUMBER –<\/strong> Displays the PO number for the Invoice Document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PR NO –<\/strong> Displays the Purchase Requisition number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PR-USER<\/strong> – Displays \u2018Entered by\u2019 from the Purchase Requisition screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NAME<\/strong> – Displays \u2018Requested by\u2019 from the PO requisition entry screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

APPROVAL USER<\/strong> – Displays \u2018Approver name\u2019 from the PO requisition entry screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TDS BASE –<\/strong> Displays \u2018TDS Base\u2019 from the AP Invoice Entry TDS Module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TDS SEC –<\/strong> Displays \u2018Nature of Deduction\u2019 from the AP Invoice Entry TDS Module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TDS PERCENTAGE –<\/strong> Displays \u2018TDS percent\u2019 from the AP Invoice Entry TDS Module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TDS AMOUNT –<\/strong> Displays \u2018Total TDS\u2019 from the AP Invoice Entry TDS Module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
