It shows details like the amount of stock that can be sold, the inventory in transit, and the inventory requirements. An inventory control system allows a business to manage its stock, covering purchasing, shipping, receiving, tracking, warehousing and storage, and reordering. To efficiently manage its inventory, every company keeps an inventory control system in place. Sometimes it&#8217;s critical to confirm each warehouse&#8217;s current stock status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This report allows users to track the closing balance quantity and closing balance cost of stock accessible as on date per item in a specific location, while the standard <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/erp\/what-is-erp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sage 300 ERP<\/a> reports do not provide this information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Stuff: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2024\/04\/29\/customized-gst-purchase-register-with-tds-details\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2024\/04\/29\/customized-gst-purchase-register-with-tds-details\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Customized GST Purchase Register with TDS Details<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer below screenshot of the user interface for \u201cInventory As On Report\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The filter criteria of this utility are as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From &amp; to Item Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From &amp; To Location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From &amp; To Account set<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see the below screenshot user needs to specify the \u2018From\u2019 and \u2018To\u2019 Item Number, From\u2019 and \u2018To\u2019 Location, and &#8216;From&#8217; and &#8216;To&#8217; Account sets.
