There are several ways that Sage 300 ERP<\/a> systems can use QR codes to improve traceability, accuracy, and efficiency. These are a few typical uses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management of Inventory: <\/strong>They allow for quick access to data when scanned, including location, stock levels, item name, description, and other information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engagement with Suppliers and Customers: <\/strong>Purchase orders can have QR codes on them to give suppliers and customers quick access to data. Customers can scan QR codes to track shipments, browse product manuals, or start returns, while suppliers can use them to examine order details, delivery instructions, and payment status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Stuff:<\/em> Inventory As On Report<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The essential software program Sage 300 ERP comes with several add-on modules, such as document numbering, audit documents, 3-way PO matching, Bank Approval Integration and more. Recently, we created an add-on that offers functionality for scanning QR codes and retrieving information to generate entries on the internal usage Screen. The item number and Location information can be retrieved by the user from the internal usage screen by scanning the QR code. The following Screens will be included in this Addon:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
