We have recently developed an Addon Barcode Integration<\/a> that enables users to scan QR codes and input data. Our Addon is designed to smoothly integrate with the purchase order report, where the QR code is scanned to record entries for purchase receipts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Stuff: Creating AP Invoice Entries using Text File Data<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Sage 300 ERP<\/a>, An entry can be created in the purchase receipt using either the purchase order number or without it. However, it is unknown how many items are present in the purchase order. Once the purchase order is fetched in the purchase receipt, all items are populated. To simplify this process, we have developed a report where the user can scan the QR code from the purchase order report to automatically fetch the Purchase Order number into the purchase receipt entry screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The user can scan the QR code from the Purchase Order report while entering the purchase receipt. This will automatically fetch the purchase order number and populate all details of the purchase order on the purchase receipt screen. The user can then enter the quantity and proceed to post the receipt entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, the user can scan multiple purchase orders in the purchase receipt entry screen and can also identify the specific purchase order details using the purchase order report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similar types of QR codes containing document numbers can be added on different forms (O\/E Order, O\/E Shipment, P\/O Receipt, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
