In Sage300 ERP<\/u><\/a> The sale invoice is a document that defines the sales of items or services. This sales document is given by a supplier to a buyer, and it generally contains information about the transaction such as the item number, quantity, UOM, rate, invoice value, etc. Once the shipment is complete, a sales invoice can be created. With the help of our Sales Invoice Report, we can easily print invoice information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from this one of our clients requested to print separate QR codes which include different details like customer code, PO number, invoice number, invoice date, GST number, invoice value, etc..so to achieve this we have developed a tax invoice form pack report which displays QR code for each detail level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have provided a new user interface to print this report. The report data will be generated in the form of a PDF report and it will be saved in the PDF folder under the application path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can see from the screenshot above that the QR code was successfully generated. Two QR codes are displayed in the report. The first QR code is for a GST E-invoice, and the second is our customized QR code that includes information such as the customer number, PO number, invoice value, HSN code, Qty, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a user scans the QR code, the following information is displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QR Code helps to easily scan and get the required details quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
