We all know that certain fields that are available in Accpac Views are calculated fields and not stored physically in SQL table.<\/p>\n

So sometimes when we want these fields on our reports we don\u2019t get them as reports directly access the SQL tables and not the views, so we have to write our own calculations to populate the values of such fields on our report.<\/p>\n

Quantity On hand is one such field, Accpac does store QTY ON HAND in QTYONHAND field of ICILOC table but that holds the Quantity On Hand when the last day end is run. If you need to know Current QTY ON HAND then there is a field AQTYONHAND which is available in View but not in Database.<\/div>\n

So if you need to show current QTY ON HAND on your report you need to calculate this by your own.<\/div>\n
