A <strong>Digital Signature Module<\/strong> plays a pivotal role in securing communications and digital transactions by providing a mechanism to verify the origin and integrity of a document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New stuff : The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2025\/03\/31\/on-hold-functionality-on-order-entry-screen-of-greymatrix\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2025\/03\/31\/on-hold-functionality-on-order-entry-screen-of-greymatrix\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cOn Hold\u201d feature on the Order Entry screen of GreyMatrix for Sage 300.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/erp\/what-is-erp\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/erp\/what-is-erp\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sage300 ERP<\/a>, a wide range of Add-on modules such as <strong>Audit Document<\/strong>, <strong>Document Numbering<\/strong>, <strong>Auto BR<\/strong>, <strong>GST<\/strong>, <strong>TDS<\/strong>, and more are available to enhance the functionality of the software system. Recently, we have developed a new add-on called <strong>&#8220;Digital Signature&#8221;<\/strong>, that provide features to sign Documents Digitally that allows a sender to sign electronic data in such a way that the recipient can verify the authenticity of the sender and ensure that the data has not been altered during transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The working of our new Digital Signature add-on is to <strong>automate the digital signing process<\/strong>, enabling seamless document handling within the system.
