The GreyMatrix module for Sage 300 ERP<\/a> is an add-on specifically designed to assist apparel businesses in managing their operations. It offers a matrix-style interface that simplifies the entry and management of transactions, including credit and debit notes, particularly for businesses dealing with multiple sizes and colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New stuff :- Introduction to Whatsapp Integration addon in Sage300 ERP<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This customization is designed to eliminate the need for users to manually input the committed quantity during transaction creation. Users no longer need to remember to enter the quantity during a transaction.If the user forgets to enter it, the system will automatically assigns the order quantity as committed qty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet the above requirement we have added Qty Committed field on order entry matrix screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program will verify the “Default Qty Committed” setting in the OE option configuration. If the first condition is met (i.e., the setting is enabled), the program will display “Qty Available” and “Qty Committed” in a matrix format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the user enters an “order quantity,” the program will automatically populate the “Quantity Committed” column with this value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, if the user modifies the “order quantity” in the matrix for a posted O\/E order, the program will update the “Quantity Committed” column accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet the above requirement, we will introduce a checkbox of “QTY Commit” in the matrix form, which will be checked (set to true) by default. If the user does not wish to use the order quantity as the committed quantity, they can simply uncheck the “QTY Commit” box in the matrix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, we will include a row in the matrix form that will display both the available quantity and the committed quantity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
