Each requisition may contain multiple BOM numbers, and their respective components should be fetched and listed accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image.png\" alt=\"Output- Customer Master Export\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image.png\"><\/a><\/center><font size=\"2\"><center>Fig 1: PW Purchase Requisition UI<\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the screen is opened, the user must select the BOM Item, BOM Number, and enter the Quantity. Clicking the GO button will display the components of the selected BOM in the detail grid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The requisition quantity will be calculated as:<br><strong><br>BOM Component Quantity \u00d7 BOM Quantity <\/strong>(where BOM Quantity is entered in the Quantity field on the BOM Master Item screen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if the BOM Component Quantity is 2 and the BOM Quantity is 3, then the requisition quantity displayed will be 2 \u00d7 3 = 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-1.png\" alt=\"Output- Customer Master Export\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\"src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-1.png\"><\/a><\/center><font size=\"2\"><center>Fig 2: Insert BOM Master Item Screen<\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the \u201cSave\u201d button is clicked, the component details will be populated in the detail line section of the PW Requisition screen.
