In today\u2019s competitive business environment, accurate and compliant invoicing is crucial\u2014especially when dealing with Special Economic Zone (SEZ) customers. To streamline this process and ensure compliance, we have introduced a focused enhancement in the Crystal Reports<\/strong> layout within Sage 300 ERP<\/strong><\/a> . This update ensures that invoices for SEZ customers automatically display additional Terms and Conditions<\/strong> details, helping businesses maintain accuracy and improve customer communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Identifying SEZ Customers Using Optional Fields<\/strong>
Within Sage 300 ERP, specific customers are categorized as SEZ customers. While creating order entries, users enter \u201cSEWOP\u201d<\/strong> in the E-invoicing Type<\/strong> optional field. This field is mapped at the header level<\/strong> in both the Customer Master<\/strong> and Order Entry<\/strong> screens. By leveraging this mapping, the system can intelligently detect whether the customer belongs to an SEZ category during the invoice generation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This setup eliminates manual checks and ensures that the required SEZ identification is consistently applied across all transactions, reducing the risk of oversight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Dynamic Terms and Conditions for SEZ Customers<\/strong>
Previously, the Terms and Conditions<\/strong> section in the invoice report remained static, regardless of the customer category. With this enhancement, the Crystal Report layout has been modified to include a conditional formula<\/strong>. This formula checks the value of the E-invoicing Type<\/strong> field:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
