A user can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the document or customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the WhatsApp button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instantly send the necessary document through WhatsApp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This makes communication faster and increases customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Automated Document Generation &amp; Sending<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the user clicks the WhatsApp button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The system identifies the selected transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generates the required report (Invoice, Statement, PO, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fetches the appropriate WhatsApp number from customer\/vendor master<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sends the message\/document through WhatsApp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Everything is handled within the UI\u2014no manual downloads or external navigation.<br><br><strong>3.
