Structure of the Excel Import File<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The file contains two sheets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheet 1: In sheet 1 this is where users fill all Sales Order information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheet 2: In sheet 2 stores Sage 300 login credentials such as Database ID, Username, and Password.These two sheets together enable a complete Sales Order import process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Sheet 1: Order Entry Template<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first sheet is designed to look like an Order Entry screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It includes the basic fields required to create a Sales Order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A. Order Header Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The header area contains the header level of order fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship Via \/ Ship Method<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Also finder buttons are available for fields like Customer and Ship Via so that users can search and select the correct values directly from Sage 300.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B. Order Line Details<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides the header section is the order detail line grid. How Importing Works<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once both sheets are filled i.e order template sheet and connection detail sheet then the importing the sales order is very simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1: Fill Order Header and Line Details in Sheet 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter Customer, Order Date, Ship Via, and the Item lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2: Verify Connection Details in Sheet 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure the database ID, username, and password are correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3: Click the \u201cImport Order\u201d Button<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tool automatically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connects to Sage 300<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reads all header and line items<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Validates fields such as customer, item, quantity, and dates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creates the Sales Order inside Sage 300<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Displays success or error messages.
