To automate and simplify this process and reducing the manual work we have developed a PO Receipt Entry Import utility (GRN Import) that allows users to import receipt details directly into the Sage 300 including regular items and serial\/lot items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Import utility is designed for PO receipt (GRN) creation faster, more accurate and easy to manage even when handling large volumes of data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why This GRN Import Utility Was Created<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In many businesses, GRN processing often requires:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entering receipt details manually<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking serial\/lot numbers for specific items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making sure all quantities and item data match the original purchase order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When dealing with dozens or hundreds of items, this becomes tedious. The import utility eliminates repetitive tasks and ensures data accuracy by allowing users to prepare everything in Excel and import it in just a few clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How the Import utility will work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
