This report helps finance and compliance teams ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and maintain statutory compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a previous post, we explained the TDS Audit Report, which is work for invoice transaction. Now we have done enhancement in which now this screen works for invoice as well as payment transactions too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s walk through the functionality of the <strong>TDS Audit Report screen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Stuff:- <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2026\/01\/27\/ap-invoice-import-improved-handling-for-repeated-vendor-and-docid-entries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AP Invoice Import \u2013 Improved Handling for Repeated Vendor and DocID Entries.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The TDS Audit Report is designed to monitor the status of TDS-related transactions and highlight gaps in processing, specifically focusing on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Missing adjustment entries<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Missing remittance entries<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To print this report Go to, Tax deducted at Source Module\u2013&gt; D\/T Transaction Report\u2013&gt; TDS Not Deducted Report. The UI is as shown below and has the below mentioned criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The utility includes the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) <strong>Document Type:- <\/strong>The utility provides a drop-down list for selecting the transaction type. Users can choose from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2) <strong>Posting Date:- <\/strong>Users can specify a From Date and To Date.
