Going further, there might be a situation that for some of the items the optional field value has not been set. So it might be necessary for you to extract a list of such items for which the optional field value is not been set.<br \/>\nConsider we are having an optional field called as \u2018BIPARTNO\u2019 set at the item master level. Further we have to get the list of all such item from the item master for whom the value for this optional field is not been set. Following are the steps which will help you to generate a list of items for which the value of optional field \u2018BIPARTNO\u2019 is not set.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Go to Inventory Control -&gt; I\/C Items and Price List -&gt; Items<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3738\" alt=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/1.png\" width=\"480\" height=\"363\" \/><\/a><em style=\"line-height: 1.6em\"><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em style=\"line-height: 1.6em\"><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The New Stuff:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><a title=\"Item Pricing based on Multiple UOM\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2013\/06\/04\/item-pricing-based-on-multiple-unit-of-measurement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Item Pricing based on Multiple Unit of Measurement<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">\u00a0<strong>2.<\/strong> \u00a0Click on File Menu and then click export sub menu.\u00a0 Click on Item_Optional_Fields as shown below and then click on set criteria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>3.<\/strong> \u00a0After Clicking on Set Criteria the below screen will get displayed where you can filter the parameters and optional field you want.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/3.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3740\" alt=\"3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/3.png\" width=\"388\" height=\"347\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">\u00a0<strong>4.<\/strong> \u00a0Select Item Number and click on Add button which will add the parameter in the grid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/4.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3741\" alt=\"4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/4.png\" width=\"534\" height=\"314\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">\u00a0<strong>5.<\/strong>\u00a0Double click on the cell just below Optional Field which you want to filter and enter the name of optional field as shown below and click OK.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/6.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3743\" alt=\"6\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/6.png\" width=\"430\" height=\"257\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">\u00a0<strong>6.<\/strong>\u00a0In the similar way, add the Value parameter to filter it as shown below and double click on the cell below value to add the \u00a0filtering details as shown below\u00a0 and then click on OK.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/9.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3746\" alt=\"9\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/9.png\" width=\"410\" height=\"242\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">\u00a0<strong>7.<\/strong>\u00a0Then click on OK button on Set Criteria screen, which will further start the process.
