In this blog we have take an example of Order Entry Screen where you have default values while creating the sales order.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #800000\"><em><strong>GreytriX3 :<\/strong>\u00a0<a title=\"Integration Options in Sage ERP X3\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/11I9ljA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Planning to Integrate your solution with Sage ERP X3.. some good tips here<\/span>\u00a0<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sage 300 ERP has provided Template features through which a user can assign default setting and options as required during Sales Order Entry. Similar Template feature is available for Purchase Order Entry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">With the use of Template, user can create separate templates for each Order type such Active\/Future\/Standing\/Quote.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0In order to access the templates screen; Go to Order Entry &gt;&gt; O\/E Setup &gt; &gt;Templates. Templates screen can be used to create new template or edit the existing ones. With the Template code, one can specify the default values for customers as well as fill in the order description in the Order Entry screen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Template1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6407\" alt=\"Template1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Template1.jpg\" width=\"730\" height=\"436\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 <strong>Order tab<\/strong> is used to set following default information: (Refer the above screen shot.)<br \/>\n1. <strong>Order type:<\/strong> Order type such as \u201cActive\u201d, \u201cFuture\u201d, \u201cStanding\u201d or \u201cQuote\u201d.<br \/>\n2. <strong>FOB point:<\/strong> Optional FOB (&#8220;Free On Board&#8221;) point.<br \/>\n3. <strong>Location:<\/strong> This will be the Inventory location from where the Item will be shipped to the customer.<br \/>\n4.
