So, to fulfill this need, we have one option available in Sage 300 ERP which allows you to analyze and follow up with the required customers at the month or year-end.<br \/>\nTo avail this feature navigate to &#8211;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Accounts Receivable &gt;&gt; A\/R Customers &gt;&gt; Customers<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In the Comments tab of customer screen, there is calendar to select the Follow up date &amp; expiration date with required references.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Greytrix Sage ERP X3 Blog:<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<a title=\"Managing Customer Risk through Doubtful Receipt\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/18UjLtm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Managing Customer Risk through Doubtful Receipt in Sage ERP X3<\/a><br \/>\nFor example, if you have raised a sales invoice \u201cIN0000000000002\u201d against customer \u201cBargain Mart \u2013 San Diego\u201d on 1-Jan-2019 and you need to follow-up with the customer on 27-sep-2019 as per the date committed with him. In this case, you have to mark the expiration date same as the follow up date, select <b>comment type<\/b> as \u201cpayment Follow up\u201d and <b>comment <\/b>as invoice number for which you want to follow up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can define multiple comment types in comment type option available in A\/R set up menu of sage 300 ERP and select it in A\/R customer:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Untitled1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7464\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Untitled1.png\" alt=\"Comment Type\" width=\"478\" height=\"146\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Going further, as per your schedule you can print the report of all those customers which you need to follow up with for the payment and update the details in AR customers accordingly.
