Use the Chart of Account History and Inquiry Screen to look up information about General Ledger accounts and the transactions posted to these accounts.\u00a0 To view the details, navigate to General Ledger -&gt; GL Accounts -&gt; Account History Inquiry. The screen looks like:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/GL-Account-History-Inquiry.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7527\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/GL-Account-History-Inquiry.png\" alt=\"GL Account History Inquiry\" width=\"491\" height=\"366\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the Account field, enter the Account number for which you need to inquire. Select the Year for which you want to view the account activity. The Show Quantity option can be used to view the details for the quantities posted to the account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For Multi-Currency system, you can display source currency balances and their functional equivalents. If the account that is selected is defined as a Multi-currency account, then select a currency and the currency type (Source or Functional) in which you would want to display the account balances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can further drilldown to the individual transactions for a particular period by selecting and double-clicking on the individual line.
