I\/C Statistics and Inquiries &gt;&gt; I\/C Stock Transactions Inquiry<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/a1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8470\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/a1.png\" alt=\"a\" width=\"623\" height=\"347\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">You can view this report on various parameters like Year\/Period, Item Number range, Account Set range, Location range.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Now, let\u2019s review the output using <strong>Stock Transactions Inquiry<\/strong> of Sage 300 ERP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">To begin with, select the filter criteria for <strong>Date<\/strong>,<strong> Item<\/strong>, <strong>Account Set<\/strong> and<strong> Location<\/strong> as per requirements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">We are running this report at Year\/Period = \u201c2020-07\u201d, for item number A1-900\/B, for all Account Set and for all Location.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Then click on <strong>GO <\/strong><strong>&gt;&gt;<\/strong>button for the result which will be: \u00a0Opening, Transactions (Receipt, Sales, Transfer, Internal Usage, etc.) and Closing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/a2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8471\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/a2.png\" alt=\"a\" width=\"624\" height=\"347\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">You can directly print the Stock Transaction report from this form by clicking on <strong>Print<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/a3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8472\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/a3.png\" alt=\"a\" width=\"697\" height=\"332\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Here you could also be able to see the details of Receipts, Sales, Internal Usage, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Select any line, for e.g. Receipts and click on <strong>Details<\/strong> button: A new window containing all the Receipt entries will appear.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">You could refer the below screenshot for more clarity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/a4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/a4.png\" alt=\"a\" width=\"680\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">You can notice that there is a drill down on <strong>Document Number.<\/strong> By clicking on it, you can go to the transaction screen of Receipts in Sage 300 ERP (formerly named Sage Accpac).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This is a very useful inquiry tool for monitoring the inventory movement in Warehouse. You can identify the opening for the particular period, as well as new purchase receipts, new sales, new transfers and so on. In every company, management looks for such tools that can offer a quick status of the inventory without having to move to multiple reports.
