It displays the \u201cPage Cannot Be Displayed&#8221; message.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">If Sage 300 ERP is implemented on a Terminal Server, follow below steps on the server where Sage ERP 300 ERP is installed. However, if Sage 300 ERP is implemented on a regular client\/server (i.e. workstation setup) apply these steps on each of the affected workstations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #993300\"><em><strong>New Stuff:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><a title=\"How to restrict user from using undefined UOM in inventory Control\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2014\/08\/28\/how-to-restrict-user-from-using-undefined-uom-in-inventory-control\/\" target=\"_blank\">How to restrict user from using undefined UOM in inventory Control<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps to resolve the issue:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Open the <strong>Windows Registry.<\/strong><br \/>\n2. Browse to the following registry path:<br \/>\n(32-Bit Operating Systems)<br \/>\nHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | MICROSOFT | HTMLHelp | 1.x<br \/>\nNote: Create the above key if it does not exist.<br \/>\n(64-Bit Operating Systems)<br \/>\nHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | WOW6432Node | MICROSOFT | HTMLHelp | 1.x<br \/>\n<strong>Note: Create the above key if it does not exist.<\/strong><br \/>\n3. Select and right-click the above registry path and select the option to create a new key.<br \/>\n4. Rename the folder to &#8220;ItssRestrictions.&#8221;<br \/>\n5. Select and right-click the &#8220;ItssRestrictions&#8221; folder.<br \/>\n6. Select the option to create a new DWORD Value.<br \/>\n7. Rename the new DWORD Value to &#8220;MaxAllowedZone.&#8221;<br \/>\n8. Right-click on &#8220;MaxAllowedZone.&#8221;<br \/>\n9. Select the option to Modify.<br \/>\n10. Enter &#8220;1&#8221; in the Value data field (Enter the value of &#8220;3&#8221;, if the problem persists.) and click OK.<br \/>\n11. Select and right-clck on the ItssRestrictions registry path.<br \/>\n12. Select the option to create a new String value called UrlAllowList.<br \/>\n13. Enter the following path in the Value data field:<br \/>\n\\\\ServerName\\Share\\ACCPACFOLDER;file:\\\\\\ServerName\\Share\\ACCPACFOLDER<br \/>\nServerName = Name of Server<br \/>\nShare = Location of Network Share<br \/>\nACCPACFOLDER = Location of Programs Files for Sage ERP Accpac<br \/>\n14. Press the F1 Key to verify if the help information is being displayed on the F1 Help screen.<br \/>\n15.
