Open Common Services &gt; Bank Services &gt; Bank Transactions Reports &gt; Deposits Status.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/popup7.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9276\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/popup7.png\" alt=\"popup\" width=\"334\" height=\"303\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">2.Select the range of deposit dates, banks, and applications (sub ledgers like AP, AR) to include in the report.<br \/>\n3.Select the Print Deposit Details option if you want to include details of each individual receipt on the report.<br \/>\n4.Select the statues of the deposit you want to include on the report.<br \/>\n5.Click Print<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Below is the screen Shot of the report, it is printed\u00a0including the deposit status of Not Posted &amp; Outstanding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/popup8.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9277\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/popup8.png\" alt=\"popup\" width=\"623\" height=\"303\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Information printed for each bank<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Deposits are grouped and totaled by status in the functional currency of the bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Totals are given for posted batches and batches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>If a deposit is not yet posted, zeroes appear in the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>A summary by the bank at the end of the report gives both functional and source totals for each deposit currency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>If you have selected the Print Deposit Details option, the report includes details for all deposits that have deposit dates in the specified range.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>If you did not select the Print Deposit Details option, only summary information (for example, deposit totals) appears on the report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">You can print the report to maintain an audit record of all deposits that have been printed by sub ledgers.
