In this case, Remaining quantity will be added as backorder quantity.<br \/>\nSome companies don\u2019t wish to create an order with backorder quantity for a particular customer. In that case, if you do not want to allow backorder quantity for a specific customer, you can do it through A\/R Customers screen. Read on to see how it can be done.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">New stuff :<\/span><\/strong> <a title=\"First Ever Sage CRM Chrome Plugin \u2013 Gmail sync for Sage CRM\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2015\/01\/12\/first-ever-sage-crm-chrome-plugin-gmail-sync-for-sage-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\">First Ever Sage CRM Chrome Plugin \u2013 Gmail sync for Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">If you do not want to allow backorder quantity, navigate to Account Receivable&#8211;&gt; A\/R Customers&#8211;&gt;Customers<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/B1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9814 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/B1.jpg\" alt=\"B1\" width=\"702\" height=\"304\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On\u00a0 A\/R Customers screen, there is a check box \u2018Allow Backorder Quantities\u2019 under the \u2018Invoicing\u2019 tab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/B2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9815 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/B2.jpg\" alt=\"B2\" width=\"624\" height=\"531\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">If the check box is checked, it will allow the user to enter the backorder quantity for a particular customer. This allows to ship the order with partial qty.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/B3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9816 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/B3.jpg\" alt=\"B3\" width=\"624\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">If the check box is un-checked, it won\u2019t allow users to enter the backorder quantity. If user wants to enter the backorder quantity, he\/she can uncheck the option \u201cAllow Backorder Quantities\u201d.
