In our previous blog post on Sage Intelligence reporting, we had discussed about the steps to add\/remove the Additional Columns in Sage Intelligence reports.<\/p>\n

In addition to this module, we will discuss about how we can \u201cMove up or Down\u201d the existing fields of Sage Intelligence report.<\/p>\n

New Stuff:<\/strong> <\/em>Why Use Document Numbering<\/a><\/p>\n

To move Up\/Down the columns in Sage Intelligence reports, kindly follow below mentioned steps:-<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open Report Manager and Select the report in which you need to move the Columns up.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Columns tab from the Properties window.
    \n    \"Report1\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Select the desired column you need to move up and click on Move Up button; for e.g.: DESC
    \n    \"Report<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. The Column will move upwards.
    \n    \"Report<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Now if you run the report, you can see that the DESC column has moved to first position.
    \n    \"Report<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Similarly, you can also move columns down.<\/li>\n
  7. In order to move a column down, select the desired column and click on the \u2018Move Down\u2019 button.

  8. On running the report, you will see column has moved to a new position.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
