It is usually found when you try to extract any of the report from CRM in PDF format. Recently we encountered the same issue for one of our clients. However, We were lucky enough to get rid of it which is as explained below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>New Stuff<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>:<\/em><\/strong><a title=\"Create log file using .net API\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2015\/04\/30\/create-log-file-using-net-api\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Create log file using .net API<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Export-to-PDF1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10100\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Export-to-PDF1.jpg\" alt=\"Export to PDF1\" width=\"663\" height=\"266\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>While investigating this issue, I found various suggestions such as:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Increasing the Desktop size limitation from CRM so that huge amount of data can be generated.<\/li>\n<li>Re-install Sage CRM, but only IIS Aliases.<\/li>\n<li>Re-installing\/installing Java.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But the one which lead me to exact error definition was executing <strong>FOP.bat<\/strong> file from command line. Since we all know that FOP is called via a batch file (FOP.bat) and this in turn calls the Java application that reads a formatting object (FO) tree and renders the resulting pages to PDF.\u00a0 So on executing <strong>FOP.bat<\/strong> file from command prompt I faced the below error.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/FOP.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10101\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/FOP.jpg\" alt=\"FOP\" width=\"677\" height=\"343\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On examining the <strong>FOP.bat<\/strong> file I found an incorrect path that was referring to JRE folder.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10102\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/1.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"807\" height=\"464\" \/><\/a>We have replaced the path with one which referred to the JRE folder; located within the CRM\u2019s services folder and gave an IISRESET.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10103\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/2.jpg\" alt=\"2\" width=\"799\" height=\"512\" \/><\/a>And that was it, my report\u2019s Export to PDF issue was resolved.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: Medium;\"><strong>About Us<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/\">Greytrix<\/a> a globally recognized Premier Sage Gold Development Partner is a one stop solution provider for Sage ERP and Sage CRM needs.
