Marketing is one of the powerful feature of CRM using which we can attract our customers by launching campaigns. Now, with the release of Sage CRM 7.3 version they have integrated Mail Chimp<\/strong> which allows to send mass email for Mail Chimp campaigns. Below is the link which explains how we can integrate MailChimp with Sage CRM.<\/p>\n

Suppose, we have integrated Mail Chimp with Sage CRM using admin login. Then, admin user will by default get access to the MailChimp features<\/strong>. But, what about other users?<\/p>\n

Well, to make other users to use this feature there is a configuration available at user level. To do the same below steps needs to be followed.<\/p>\n

1. Login to CRM<\/strong>.
\n2. Go to Administration |\u00a0Users | Users.<\/strong>
\n3. Go to the user for whom you want to Enable MailChimp<\/strong> feature access and set the \u201cEnable MailChimp<\/strong>\u201d field to Yes<\/strong>. Please refer below screenshot for your reference.
