These reports can belong to various entities as well as various scenarios captured in CRM. Reports, which proves to be a highlight of every Business Organization as it provides the overall data consolidated through few easy steps; maintaining its confidentiality also becomes an integral part for Managers.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong><\/em><\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2015\/08\/14\/sql-error-while-trying-to-add-column-in-company-grid\/\" target=\"_blank\">SQL Error while trying to add column in company grid<\/a><br \/>\nSince, a manager may not wish other users of the organization to know that they are analysing a particular part of the Business. Thus in order to guard report\u2019s data access they can simply mark the required report as <strong>Private<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTo implement the same just check the checkbox called \u201c<strong>Private Reports<\/strong>\u201d at the time of Report creation.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/report1.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10783 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/report1.png\" alt=\"report1\" width=\"978\" height=\"342\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nMake all the necessary report configurations such as Report contents, search criteria and save. Report will be listed under the appropriate Category as shown below.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/report21.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10789 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/report21.png\" alt=\"report2\" width=\"930\" height=\"478\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI then logged in with other (non-admin) user and checked the same report Category. I was surprised\u2026!!!!\u00a0 Report which I had created as (admin) user was not visible to that (non-admin) user.
