Please note that, it must be checked in order to activate real-time updates.<br \/>\nIf this is checked and still you are facing issue, then you can check by using Test Connection button.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">To Check test connection to Sage CRM<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n1. \u00a0Login to Sage ERP X3.<br \/>\n2. \u00a0Navigate to GUMU&#x2122; Integration -&gt; Configuration.<br \/>\n3. In Configuration details panel click on \u201cTest Connection\u201d button. Run \u201cServices.msc\u201d as Administrator.<br \/>\n2. On services list search for <strong>SageX3_JAV_coreserver_X3V65<\/strong> service.<br \/>\n3. Check its status, it should be in running state.
