I will explain you the same in today\u2019s blog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #993300;\">New Stuff:<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2015\/08\/31\/gumu-for-sage-crm-sage-100-integration-with-avatax-iii\/\" target=\"_blank\">GUMU&#x2122; for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration with AvaTax \u2013 III<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently, in one of our implementation we came across one scenario where customer had asked us on escalations and controlling the same from CRM front end. We were sure that there must be a way within standard product to do the same and after going through the administration area we found exactly same functionality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sage CRM version 7.2 and 7.3<\/a>, we can configure the settings that would enable\/disable the feature of triggering escalations through CRM. This can be done by hardly configuring\/setting values of some fields in CRM under administration area. To perform the same, please refer below given steps.<\/p>\n<p>1. Go to <strong>Administration | Advance Customization | Workflow and Escalation Configuration<\/strong><br \/>\n2. From below screenshot you can see the fields which are highlighted by red color mainly responsible for controlling escalation engine in CRM.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Escalation.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-10927\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Escalation-1024x338.jpg\" alt=\"Escalation\" width=\"595\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n3. Set value of these fields to \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d if you want to use escalation functionality in CRM else set them \u201c<strong>No<\/strong>\u201d.<br \/>\n4.
