In this blog topic, we will be discussing an issue which is linked to integrated Quotes and Orders screen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>New Stuff:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2015\/09\/30\/use-escalation-rules-for-birthday-and-anniversary-wishes\/\" target=\"_blank\">Use Escalation Rules for Birthday and Anniversary wishes<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently, while setting up the integrated system for a project we encountered with an unusual error where Quotes screen was working properly but, Orders screen was throwing below error.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG11.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-11045\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG11.jpg\" alt=\"IMG1\" width=\"868\" height=\"269\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To investigate, we searched for the pages which are required to load the SWT screen and found that they are in place. The configuration to be required within Sage CRM was also available.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then, we started looking for the codes written under <strong>\u201cOE_OpportunityOrders.asp\u201d<\/strong> file. In this ASP page, a variable is declared which controls the versioning of <strong>Order Entry <\/strong>screen and here we found the incorrect version of order entry screen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We were using Sage 300 ERP 2014 edition and in the ASP page it was showing \u201coe61a\u201d which supposed to be \u201coe62a\u201d. See below screenshot for your reference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG21.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11046\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/IMG21.png\" alt=\"IMG2\" width=\"709\" height=\"537\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soon, we replaced this variable to correct one the Orders screen started working properly.
