Before installing GUM Integration, ther are some prerequisite which are as given below,<br \/>\n1. <strong>For the first time when configuring GUMU application<\/strong>, we will require Sage 50 application admin user\u2019s credentials. It is require so that we can login to Sage 50 with admin rights and can allow GUMU application to access Sage 50 data.<br \/>\n2. \u00a0<strong>Allow web services option in Sage CRM<\/strong><br \/>\nBefore running GUMU utility, you need to make sure that in Sage CRM, the option to allow web services is selected. Without this option being enabled, GUMU will not be able to access web services data in Sage CRM<br \/>\nTo make this setting, go to Web Services page of Sage CRM Administration | System | Web Services. Here you have to set the following option:-<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Sage-CRM-50.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-11165\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Sage-CRM-50.jpg\" alt=\"Sage CRM\" width=\"692\" height=\"119\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nOnce you are done with this, Sage CRM is now accessible through web services<br \/>\n3. \u00a0<strong>Allow Quotes and Order Option in CRM<\/strong><br \/>\nTo view the Orders and Invoices that are imported into CRM from Sage 50 (US), you need to enable the Quotes and Order option of CRM. To make this setting in Sage CRM to view the imported Orders and Invoices, you have to go to System Behaviour page in CRM Administration -&gt;System -&gt; System Behavior.<br \/>\nUnder the System Behavior Tab change the \u201cUse Opportunity Items\u201d option to \u201cQuotes and Order\u201d<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Order.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-11202\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Order.jpg\" alt=\"Allow Access\" width=\"701\" height=\"149\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n4. \u00a0<strong>Allow Price Lists and UOM\u2019s in CRM<\/strong><br \/>\nIn order to use Price Lists and UOM\u2019s for creating Orders in Sage CRM, user need to allow enable the Price lists and UOM\u2019s option of Sage CRM. For this, user will have to go to \u201cProducts Configuration\u201d tab under Sage CRM \u00a0 Administration | Data Management | Products | Products Configuration Tab.<br \/>\nHere user have to set the following option:-<br \/>\na. Use Pricing Lists: Yes<br \/>\nb. Use Units of Measure: Yes<br \/>\nc.
