This feature is available for the standard entities of CRM like Cases, Opportunity, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But the same functionality and processes can be utilized for customized entity as well. In this blog, we will be explaining the way we have achieved the same.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><em>New Stuff:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2015\/11\/20\/import-product-in-sage-crm-sage-pro-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\">Import Product in Sage CRM \u2013 Sage PRO integration<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suppose we have custom entity named as Expense in CRM and against which we need to create Escalation rules. Navigate to the Entity using the below step<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Administration | Customization | Expense<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Expns1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11503\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Expns1.jpg\" alt=\"Expns1\" width=\"1078\" height=\"437\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNow, under this entity we have to Create a text field as \u201c<strong><em>expn_workflowid<\/em><\/strong>\u201d.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Expns2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11504\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Expns2.jpg\" alt=\"Expns2\" width=\"445\" height=\"251\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After creating the field we have to add the field in the same table as shown below. Open the entity from Advanced Customization section. Click on \u201c<strong>Change<\/strong>\u201d button and add the field name in Workflow Id Field.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Expns3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11505\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Expns3.jpg\" alt=\"Expns3\" width=\"994\" height=\"409\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNow our system is ready to create Escalation rules against the custom entity.
