\nGreytrix has come up with availability to synchronize Mobile devices via APPs with the SAGE CRM. Now Sage CRM Mobile App is available for Android and iPhone. Sage CRM on standalone App route, gives users better control of the user experience, making everything simpler and quicker to access.

Like CRM business users can create cases, raise tickets etc. It has a synchronize option on the App to synchronise the data whenever it\u2019s needed. \nMost of the time in system up-gradation cases the URL is changed or temporarily moved. In those cases Greytrix has come up with an option to change the URL of the web where App will be sync with the users where they can access data form the same App with different URL.
\nGreytrix has introduced the signature functionality in the App for the service industries where we require the Customers\/Clients acknowledgement.
\nWorkflows and Mails functionality is available for acknowledgment in CRM. However in App client can sign on the android device as an acknowledgment of work completed or service received. The signature is stored in the App against the user\u2019s unique id like Case ID or Account No. It will synchronise with the CRM server as soon as the sync is run on the Android App.
\nSimilarly, the service provider or assigned employee will sign off on the job allocated to him. The signature part can be for the employee also.
\nIn case a business has multiple employees using the same App with same Login, the signature is used for identification purpose.
