Sage CRM 6.2 has provided an excellent feature of establishing a relationship between the entities called Related entities. On the installation of Sage CRM version 6.2 you may notice an error as you click Relationship tab under any entity. The error message is shown below:<\/p>\n

However, this error message is nothing to do with an improper installation. The prime reason behind this error message is an improper path set for the customdotnetdll\u00a0in the Sysparams table. To resolve the above error find out the proper path to the Relatedentities.dll and fire the following query at back-end with the proper path.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
