Before user proceed with creating orders\/ Invoices they will have to import all the items from Sage 100 using Import Product process. In case if you have configured multiple Sage 100 company codes then user will have to import products for each Sage 100 company code.<\/p>\n<p>Recently in our GUMU\u2122 for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration product, one of our client come up with queries where user was not able to select product from Sage CRM Order Item screen however they were able to view the same item in the Data Management grid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><em>New Stuff: <\/em><\/strong><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2016\/01\/21\/implementing-real-time-product-functionality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Implementing Real time Product functionality<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/sk.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11827\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/sk.jpg\" alt=\"sk\" width=\"700\" height=\"197\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/sk1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11826\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/sk1.jpg\" alt=\"sk1\" width=\"700\" height=\"299\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In our GUMU Integration, if a product is available in the <strong>Data management<\/strong> section but it\u2019s not available for creating Line item then user should check below things in Sage CRM.<br \/>\n1. Please check if the selected Item is <strong>active<\/strong> or <strong>Inactive<\/strong>.<br \/>\n2. Please check if the active checkbox is checked in front of <strong>MAS 90 pricing.<\/strong><br \/>\n3. In case, if client has configured multiple companies for integration then in such case, please check if that item exist for each company code. If it exist for each company code then please check if that item was imported for each company code.<br \/>\n4. If it\u2019s not imported please import and check by creating Orders.<br \/>\nPlease note that in our GUMU\u2122 Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 integration, we bring products for each Sage 100 company code.
