Then he can view how many users are logged into Sage CRM at that time by viewing his Dashboard. Below are the steps that needs to be followed to create Dashboard.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to Sage CRM and navigate to <strong>Administration<\/strong> | <strong>Customization <\/strong>| <strong>Activity.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select Views tab and create a new view <strong>vCurrentUsers <\/strong>as shown below.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11858\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D1.jpg\" alt=\"D1\" width=\"652\" height=\"229\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Make sure that SDATA View checkbox is checked so that we can use this view to create SDATA Gadget. Save the view by clicking on Save button.<\/li>\n<li>Next step will be to Add New Gadget in an Interactive Dashboard. For this, navigate to Templates | Gadget Templates as shown below.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11859\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D2.jpg\" alt=\"D2\" width=\"650\" height=\"242\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Below screen will get displayed and click on New button.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11860\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D3.jpg\" alt=\"D3\" width=\"507\" height=\"470\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Then Select SData List from the Gadget Type as shown below.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11861\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D4.jpg\" alt=\"D4\" width=\"507\" height=\"466\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Below screen will get displayed. Select Use SageCRM Data Feed.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11862\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D5.jpg\" alt=\"D5\" width=\"509\" height=\"467\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click on Next button and select vCurrentUsers from Entity list.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11863\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D6.jpg\" alt=\"D6\" width=\"506\" height=\"467\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select the columns that you wanted to be appear in Dashboard.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D7.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11864\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/D7.jpg\" alt=\"D7\" width=\"502\" height=\"461\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Proceed using Next button and then enter the Gadget Details.
